Congressman Miller offers Southern California residents the opportunity to purchase at cost U.S. flags with the option of having the flag flown over the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, DC.

Important Information Before Getting Started
Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and nonprofit groups, please call 202-225-3201 and ask to speak to Mr. Miller’s flag coordinator before completing the flag request form.
Allow two weeks for delivery after the flag is flown. Flags are shipped by UPS and cannot be delivered to post office boxes. There is no charge for shipping.
If purchasing two or more flags to be flown over the Capitol, please use multiple forms, but pay with one check. If purchasing two or more flags not to be flown over the Capitol, please use one form and pay with one check.

Flags flown over the Capitol are accompanied by a certificate certifying the date flown chosen by you and the reason it was flown, such as for a birthday, graduation or anniversary.
There are two ways to purchase U.S. flags from Mr. Miller: either by completing and mailing his Flag Request Form or by visiting his Brea office (1800 E. Lambert Rd, Suite 150, Brea). Please note: flags purchased in Mr. Miller's Brea office cannot be personalized.
Method of Payment
Flags may be purchased by personal or corporate check or money order and must be made payable to “Gary Miller's Office Supply Account.”
Flags sold by Mr. Miller are done so at cost, meaning no profit is made by him, his office or the government.
