Real health care reform means crafting policy that will improve quality, choice, and accessibility for all Americans.  Congressman Miller favors market-based solutions instead of government-sponsored health care in order to reduce the number of uninsured Americans.  As an ardent advocate of using scientific research and advancements to better our society, he believes that Congress must continue to appropriately prioritize life-saving medical research.
