Congressman Miller believes a comprehensive approach is the best solution to facilitate American energy independence. This includes increasing the supply of American-made energy in environmentally sound ways by opening the Outer Continental Shelf, Arctic coastal plain, and our nation’s shale oil resources to drilling and refinement, as well as providing tax incentives to conserve energy and promote alternative forms of energy such as wind, solar, hydrogen, and nuclear power production.
