Congresswoman Miller Announces $3.1 Million Grant for Disaster Relief

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Miller (WV-3) announced today a grant of $3,191,183.12 from the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to the Central WV Regional Airport Authority for use at Yeager Airport in Charleston, West Virginia.
"It is crucial that we rebuild our infrastructure after natural disasters. This funding will ensure that the Yeager Airport is repaired and continues to serve our community and travelers from around the nation and the world," said Congresswoman Miller.
This grant is a result of severe winter storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides in March 2015 that affected most of West Virginia. Outside funding has been provided bringing the project total to $4,254,910.83.
