Congresswoman Miller Announces $3.7 Million Grant to Marshall University for Biomedical Research

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Miller (WV-3) announced today a grant of $3,730,597 from the Department of Health and Human Services to Marshall University for the West Virginia IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (WV-INBRE) Program.

Congresswoman Miller said, "Research at our institutions of higher education play a crucial role in moving our society forward. I am excited to see how Marshall University will use this funding for biomedical research to find the knowledge necessary to carry our state into a more prosperous future."

This grant will be used for Pharmacology, Physiology, and Biological Chemistry Research.
