Congresswoman Miller Announces Grant for Exchange Network

October 1, 2019

Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $157,673 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services.

This funding will be used to help support the Exchange Network (EN), which is an internet information network that facilitates the electronic collection and exchange of data. The goal of the EN is to efficiently exchange environmental information within organizations.

"The Exchange Network plays an important role in innovating our environmental protection programs," said Congresswoman Miller. "Our rich environment fosters our successful energy industry and keeps our state's tourism booming. We must do all we can to efficiently protect that."
