Congresswoman Miller Announces Grant to Marshall University for Economic Development

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant worth $116,667 from the Economic Development Administration to the Marshall University Research Corporation. The grant will fund the fifth year of the University Center Economic Development Program.

"As we continue to recover from this public health crisis, we must work to rebuild and strengthen our economy," said Congresswoman Miller. "This program at Marshall University plays a crucial role in promoting economic innovation and workforce development to make our community an even more ideal place to live, work, and raise a family."

This five-year program provides technical assistance and research and development resources to promote innovation, support entrepreneurs, and strengthen economic diversity in the region.
