Congresswoman Miller Statement on President Biden's State of the Union Address

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) released the following statement on President Biden's State of the Union address. 

“Sadly, once again, President Biden has let down the American people," said Congresswoman Miller. "His focus was not on how to help struggling families and small businesses across the country, but instead celebrated the inflation causing liberal policies solid Democrat rule forced on the American people. Another out of touch speech from this President further proves why the American people elected a Republican House majority. Under Speaker McCarthy, we will be providing a much-needed check on the out-of-control spending done by the Biden Administration and Congressional Democrats. Instead of wasting your money through more taxes or government programs, Republicans in the House of Representatives are working on policies that help real Americans."
