WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) presented an American flag to the Richwood High School Marching Band that was flown on the day of their performance at the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in November. Congresswoman Miller also toured SMR Technologies, an aerospace company in Fenwick, West Virginia, that designs and manufactures aerospace and military defense products.

“I enjoyed being reunited with the students of Richwood High School and presenting them with an American flag to celebrate and honor their outstanding performance at the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Richwood High School students are set up for success when they continue to invest in their education and further develop their talents. Additionally, I had a great time touring SMR Technologies and seeing all the advanced defense products they fabricate for our U.S. Military and aerospace. I am looking forward to assisting them in any way I can in Congress to ensure our military has the supplies they need to protect our national security. What a great day in Nicholas County!" said Congresswoman Miller.
