“The passage of the NDAA demonstrates that House Republicans are continuing to deliver on our commitment to keep the United States safe,” said Congresswoman Miller. “As our service members make sacrifices protecting the United States’ national security, it’s crucial that we continue to strengthen and improve our defense, instead of enacting a woke agenda in our military. Our national security should not be compromised by radical ideals that have nothing to do with protecting the United States. This legislation puts Americans first.”
Background:
The FY24 NDAA prioritizes United States national defense, supports service members, and prevents radical woke ideology in the military. This legislation will also include an increase in pay, improve housing for service members, access to healthcare for U.S. service members, and provide resources to protect the United States from foreign adversaries.
