Congresswoman Miller Announces Federal Grant to Protect Clean Air

Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $446,716 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, to operate and maintain the ongoing air quality monitoring for pollutants and reporting essential data into the national Air Quality System (AQS) database.

"West Virginia's natural resources are our most important export and biggest tourist attraction. It is imperative we protect our environment, and I am pleased to see the EPA investing in keeping our communities safe and healthy," said Congresswoman Miller.
