Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) voted in favor of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026. This legislation includes a continuing resolution and three full-year Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations bills. Upon signage by President Donald Trump, the continuing resolution will reopen the government immediately by extending funding through January 30th. The resolution will also provide back pay to all federal workers.
