WASHINGTON D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $1,739,288 from the Department of Health and Human Services to 28 health centers across West Virginia for the COVID-19 response. The funding is appropriated from the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act 2020 and is to be used for increased testing, acquiring medical supplies, and boosting telehealth needs. This is part of a $100 million grant for health centers nationwide.
