While there, Congresswoman Miller had lunch with various business leaders to discuss how the Mullens Foundation is working to grow the area. Following lunch, Congresswoman Miller took a driving tour of the town to see various projects and opportunities for improvement. Mullens has been working to rebuild since 2001, when the town faced devastating damage after extreme flash flooding.
