WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) today announced two grants totaling $629,088 from the U.S. Department of Education for the Talent Search Program at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.
The Talent Search Program identifies and assists individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education.
