WASHINGTON D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a Senior Corps grant worth $82,500 from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) to the Summersville Baptist Church, in Summersville. A second grant, worth $220,161 was awarded to LifeBridge, Inc. in Charleston. The funding will be used to support 893 volunteers.

HUNTINGTON, W.V. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today two grants from the Department of Health and Human Services. The first, worth $1,772,384 to the New River Heath Association Inc., in Scarbro, and the second, worth $2,359,982 to the Community Health Systems, Inc., in Beckley.

Magnetech is the recognized leader in the repair, service, and supply of electrical equipment, including essential components of railroad locomotives.

Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today two grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Administration (HUD) to provide suitable living environments to low- and moderate- income persons and those in need of permanent housing after a housing crisis. The first grant, to the City of Huntington, is worth $2,653,312, and the second, to the City of Beckley, is worth $335,340.
