WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) and Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) joined a federal energy policy roundtable in Huntington, West Virginia, hosted by Americans for Prosperity (AFP) to discuss the passage of the Lower Energy Costs Act (H.R. 1). The roundtable discussion focused on policies that highlight the importance of American energy independence and stop the Biden Administration’s war on energy.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined the Ways and Means Committee in an executive meeting where she voted to release the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblower’s testimony on Hunter Biden’s tax evasion case. The whistleblower’s testimony included evidence of special treatment from the IRS and the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding Hunter Biden’s taxes and financial situation. The whistleblower’s report showed a lack of tax law enforcement and intentional delays within the investigation from the DOJ.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced a Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program Continuation Award from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) for substance use prevention coalitions in Cabell, Fayette, and Kanawha counties in West Virginia. DFC’s Support Program supports 587 coalitions across the United States with total funding of $73 million.
