WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) today re-introduced the Reinforcing Impaired Driving Education (RIDE) Act to promote inter-agency coordination and establish a pilot program to effectively study the prevention of driving under the influence of prescription and over-the-counter medication.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Miller (R-WV) today announced a grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) worth $1,750,000 to the Raleigh County Memorial Airport. These funds will be used to expand the West Side section of the Airport Industrial Park by 105 acres, allowing for the creation of 16 new sites attached to the runway that will help attract future aerospace investment. This new development will create 624 jobs and bring in $48 million in private investment.
