Washington, D.C. –  Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) celebrated West Virginia Day at the state capitol, toured the campus of a family-owned salt making business, and toured Metro 911 of Kanawha County.

Congresswoman Miller visited the state capitol to share remarks on the significance of West Virginia Day on its 161st anniversary and highlight four of eight new, historical murals that have been added to the rotunda.

Washington, D.C. –  Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) toured Jackson General Hospital to see the recent additions made to the rural hospital. Congresswoman Miller also attended and spoke at a signing ceremony to celebrate the young adults who were chosen for the Constellium Skilled Trade Scholarship Program.

Congresswoman Miller visited Jackson General Hospital to see the new additions to the hospital’s wing, which include 14 private rooms, two triage rooms, two trauma rooms, mental health rooms, and a surgical department.
