Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Miller (R-WV) introduced the Expedited Review of Products for GSP Act. This legislation would create an expedited process for stakeholders to petition the addition or removal of products from the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program.

Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) introduced the End Chinese Dominance of Electric Vehicles in America Act of 2024. This legislation would tighten the Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) definition for the 30D electric vehicle (EV) tax credit and prohibit Chinese companies from accessing U.S. tax dollars.

Washington D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) and Congresswoman Yadira Caraveo (D-CO), and Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), introduced the Preserving Emergency Access in Key Sites Act (PEAKS) Act. The PEAKS Act would ensure Critical Access Hospitals in mountainous areas receive fair compensation for ambulatory services and modify distance requirements.

Congresswoman Miller also met with hospital executives at Montgomery General Hospital to discuss the ongoing challenges facing the rural hospital.
