Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined Congressman Blake Moore (R-UT) and three other House colleagues in reintroducing the bipartisan Charitable Act to encourage Americans to donate to charitable causes and support local communities. 

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. (R-NC) along with eight of their other House colleagues, in re-introducing the bipartisan Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act. This legislation supports physicians and protects access to care for Medicare beneficiaries.

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined Congressman Lloyd Smucker (R-PA) and 151 of their colleagues in the U.S. House of Representatives in co-sponsoring the Main Street Tax Certainty Act. This legislation would permanently extend Section 199A of the Internal Revenue Code, which is slated to expire at the end of this year.
