WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined with Congressman David McKinley (R-WV) to introduce the Energy Security Cooperation with Allied Partners in Europe (ESCAPE) Act in the House of Representatives, in order to advance American energy exports to European Union and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies, and reduce their reliance on Russian energy. This bill would increase energy security for all NATO allies, help NATO allies strengthen their own national security, and expedite approval of U.S. energy exports.
