Congresswoman Miller first met with Frank Mullens, Mayor of Charleston to discuss new projects that aim to help grow the city’s economy.

Congresswoman Miller also toured the Charleston Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) to discuss USPS’s plans for facility improvements.
