WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) released a statement following the Supreme Court’s ruling on Sacket v Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The court unanimously reversed the 9th Circuit Courts Decision on the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule which will define the limits of EPA authority and federal jurisdiction when regulating private U.S. lands and water resources under the Clean Water Act.
