As West Virginia, and all of America, work to undo the effects of the pandemic and return to normalcy, it is important that we reflect on what went right, what went wrong, and how we can improve. WASHINGTON D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced a grant of $26,972,721 to the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to be used for COVID-19 relief efforts.
