WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) released the following statement on the passage of the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act in the Ways and Means Committee. 
 
The Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act is a bipartisan, bicameral tax package that enhances the financial security of working families, encourages pro-growth economic policies, and strengthens businesses and communities across the United States.
 

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined Congressman Randy Feenstra (R-IA) and 161 of their colleagues in introducing the Death Tax Repeal Act. This bill will repeal the death tax that is imposed on families and small businesses as regards to the transfer of property, land, and assets of a deceased family member.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) joined House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA),135 House Republicans, and 42 Senate Republicans in filing a Supreme Court amicus brief in the case of Donald J. Trump v. Norma Anderson, et al. The amicus brief urges the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision that disqualifies President Trump from the Colorado Presidential Ballot.
