Washington D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $250,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission to the Bluewell Public Service District for the Mercer County Regional Airport Development and Diversification Initiative.

The grant will be used to fund a pilot project improving access to transportation for substance abuse disorder treatment in Huntington, West Virginia.

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Miller (WV-3) announced today a grant of $3,500,000 from the Department of Transportation to the Tri-State Airport/Milton J. Ferguson Field. The grant will be used to improve the runway safety area and keep the airport in compliance with current aviation standards.
