This legislation will expand the Medicare Annual Wellness Benefit to include kidney disease screening, support innovative kidney therapies within the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) payment bundle, and encourage the kidney care workforce in rural and underserved areas.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) introduced the Clinical Laboratory Price Transparency Act which will provide patients with clear price transparency when making health care decisions regarding clinical laboratory tests. This bill will require clinical labs to publish their health care prices and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to monitor compliance.

The mission of the Friends of Ecuador Caucus is to advocate for policies that focus and encourage strengthening the bilateral relationship between Ecuador and the United States.
