WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) spoke on the House of Representatives floor in support of the Hershel “Woody” Williams National Medal of Honor Monument Location Act. 

This bill will locate the new National Medal of Honor Monument on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. and pay tribute to West Virginia’s native, Woody Williams, a Medal of Honor recipient, and World War II veteran.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) released the following statement on her support for the Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act to allocate $14.3 billion to Israel as it responds to the barbaric attacks by Hamas terrorists. Funding for Israel will be offset by recissions from the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, cutting the budget for hiring an army of agents at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to harass American taxpayers.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Representatives Carol Miller (R-WV) and Alex Mooney (R-WV) as well as Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) sent a letter to President Joe Biden and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region III Administrator Maryann Tierney to approve the State of West Virginia's appeal for a disaster declaration. Residential areas in Boone, Calhoun, Clay, Harrison and Kanawha counties have experienced great damage due to heavy rains and flooding in late August.

Robert Pritchard Dialysis Center in Huntington, West Virginia. During the event, Congresswoman Miller highlighted the $3,000,000 she secured for the Fresenius Kidney Care J. Robert Pritchard Dialysis Center through Community Project Funding in 2022 and toured the future nephrology program expansion site.
